The First Lady’s trainer is spilling the secrets on how to get those rock hard arms!

Cornell McClellan tells Women’s Health he began working with Michelle Obama in 1997, and the two perfected the “arm-shaping superset!”

The superset includes tricep pushdowns and hammer curls. Perform one set of tricep pushdowns using a straight bar attached to the high pulley of a cable station. Without resting, follow with a set of hammer curls using dumbbells. Repeat two to three sets of both exercises.
