But, believe it or not, I’ve found a solution: the Luna bra from Moving Comfort ($52). I know it’s not cheap, but it’s both so well constructed and comfortable to wear that it’s worth the money. While I’m not a big workout gal, I do walk and do lots and lots of gardening. When I put this bra on, I forget I’m even wearing it! When was the last time you could say that about a sports bra?

As I wear a size 34D, I find that most sports bras lead to embarrassing (and painful) jiggling when I do any activity with even a hint of impact or intensity (you know, like yoga). Those bras that actually do stop the bouncing are usually hideously ugly and uncomfortably tight, plus they mush everything together into a decidedly unattractive “uniboob” shape.
