I’m an athlete. More specifically, I am a long distance runner and a triathlete. With, yes, you guessed it, a chest. I’ve often enviously glanced at women during marathons or triathlons (especially triathlons) that can go into aero position on the bike without the danger of their knees hitting their chest. While you might think that this ‘problem’ is a bit silly and I shouldn’t complain about having a larger bosom, I dare you to ask any runner you see (hopefully, that you know quite well) just how important a good sports bra is to her.
Sports bras. Sometimes we well-endowed women have to ‘double-up’ and far too often typical sports bras stretch out in the shoulder, pinching your neck or they lose elasticity underneath and well, the girls just don’t stay down. Let me tell you, that HURTS! So when I was asked to test the Juno by Moving Comfort, I was intrigued. All right, I’m going to get just a bit personal here. My bra size is a 36C (just in case anyone questions the validity of me needing a supportive bra). Biggest chest ever? Certainly not. But I definitely need a ‘strong’ sports bra. Average height (just over 5’5″) and average weight. Oddly enough, I have narrow shoulders and a wider back towards the middle.
