There’s this phrase, and a 1994 movie: “Prêt-à-Porter”, which apparently (I don’t speak French) means “Ready to Wear.” I’ve been thinking a lot about this little phrase lately as I get dressed in the mornings, and when I’m cruising around town with Sam. It’s not that I’m so ready to wear; it’s more that I’m ready… to mess up whatever I’m wearing.

chloeWhen my Moving Comfort sports bra arrived yesterday I couldn’t wait, literally running upstairs to try it on as soon as I got home while Buzz yelled after me asking if I needed the camera to share pics…umm no honey! To my amazement I had made the right decision in sizing (I have a terrible track record of picking the wrong size in everything!). The bra fit snugly but not so tight that it caused overflow in any areas, there was no skin fold showing over the straps chastising me for getting a size too small and to my extreme excitement, my breasts were back. The First Lady’s trainer is spilling the secrets on how to get those rock hard arms!

Cornell McClellan tells Women’s Health he began working with Michelle Obama in 1997, and the two perfected the “arm-shaping superset!”

The superset includes tricep pushdowns and hammer curls. Perform one set of tricep pushdowns using a straight bar attached to the high pulley of a cable station. Without resting, follow with a set of hammer curls using dumbbells. Repeat two to three sets of both exercises.
